COW CUDDLING CANCELLATION POLICY

We appreciate your interest in our sessions . To ensure a positive experience for all participants, please familiarise yourself with our refund and cancellation policy:

1. All Purchases are Final:

  • a. As an operating cow sanctuary, all transactions are non-refundable.

  • b. Once a session is booked and confirmed, the purchase is considered final.

2. Session Rescheduling:

  • a. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Participants may request to reschedule their session.

  • b. To be eligible for rescheduling, participants must contact us at cow.companions@gmail.com at least 48 hours before their booked session date.

​

3. Digital Gift Card Option:

  • a. In lieu of a refund, we offer the option to receive a digital gift card for the full amount of the booked session.

  • b. The digital gift card can be used for future sessions or other services at our sanctuary.

4. Communication Requirement:

  • a. Participants must contact us within 48 hours of their booked session date to request rescheduling or a digital gift card.

  • b. Requests made after this timeframe may not be accommodated.

5. Contact Information:

  • For rescheduling or digital gift card requests, please contact us at cow.companions@gmail.com, providing your booking details and preferred resolution.

6. Weather-Related Cancellations:

  • a. In the event of inclement weather affecting the safety of the session, we reserve the right to cancel and reschedule the session.

  • b. Participants will be notified in advance, and rescheduling or digital gift card options will be offered.

7. Sanctuary Discretion:

  • a. Cow Companions reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy in special circumstances.

  • b. Such exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are at the discretion of the sanctuary.

By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of this refund and cancellation policy.
